Mark Brunner is a lifetime Texan who has exclusively worked in the realm of criminal law since his admission to the Bar in 1998. Mr. Brunner is a former prosecutor, rising to the position of First Assistant District Attorney of Williamson County, Texas, responsible for the daily operation of that office. In addition to his prosecutorial success, Mr. Brunner won noted acclaim as a defense attorney in Central Texas, securing many not guilty verdicts at trials, including the first such verdict in the history of 368th Judicial District Court. Mr. Brunner has prosecuted and defended a wide variety of cases ranging from misdemeanors to murders. His experience working both sides of criminal cases gives him an excellent insight as to the best defense for his clients.
Mr. Brunner graduated from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas and holds a degree in Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, fiction writing and family board games.
